We do accept returns. You will only receive a refund if your product is received in good condition, and unused. You will receive a refund minus what the actual shipping of your order cost, regardless of free shipping or not.
Damaged items are handled on a case by case basis and usually a refund is given for the damaged product or a replacement is shipped based on our decision. Damaged goods must be reported in 24 hours with pictures of items, the box, and your order number.
