As a general Rule effective 6/1/2024 All sales are final No refunds on cancellations . This help keeps our prices the same and prevent fraud.
WE NO LONGER RECEIVE A FULL REFUND FROM CREDIT CARD COMPANIES IF YOU ACCIDENTLY ORDER THE WRONG THING OR USE THE WRONG CHECKOUT METHOD. THE REFUND COSTS US APPROX 10% AND WE NEVER SEE THE MONEY. THAT COST IS PASSED ON.
International returns are not accepted.
Shipment Insurance can be purchased to cover loses, if it is not purchased we have to submit paperwork to the shipping company to see if they will reimburse you.
Damaged goods must be reported in 24 hours with pictures of items, the box, and your order number and UPS label. If we dont receive all those items we cannot help.
Damaged items are few and far between. They are handled on a case by case basis and usually a refund is given for the damaged product only or a replacement is shipped based on our decision. Wholesale damages are credited on your next order or replaced at our discretion. Once your items have been put in the water and then you want to file a damage claim it will be refused.
