We do accept returns. You will only receive a refund if your product is received in good condition, and unused. You will receive a refund minus what the actual shipping of your order cost, regardless of free shipping or not. Typically outgoing shipping is a minimum of $18

Damaged items are few and far between. They are handled on a case by case basis and usually a refund is given for the damaged product only or a replacement is shipped based on our decision. Wholesale damages are credited on your next order or replaced at our discretion. Damaged goods must be reported in 24 hours with pictures of items, the box, and your order number and UPS label. Once your items have been put in the water and then you want to file a damage claim it will be refused.
